Powerlifting to Build More Muscle

Powerlifting is a great way to help build strength and muscle.  Most people have mainly observed powerlifting as an Olympic style sport.  Unlike bodybuilding, powerlifting focuses on if you can lift the weight, and doesn’t care about the excuses you make if you can’t.  Bodybuilding focuses on how good you look.  Because bodybuilders are focused more on looks than athleticism, they spend more time on smaller muscle groups.  Also, the 6 Day Supermodel Slimdown Plan is excellent for most women.
